Botox
For both women and men, BOTOX® will temporarily improve the appearance of facial wrinkles, including crow’s feet, frown lines, forehead wrinkles, “bunny” lines on the nose, and lines around the mouth. The treatment can last up to four months. Dr. Mullans performs all BOTOX® injections and the procedure usually takes about 10-15 minutes. You will see results within days and look rejuvenated and rested.

We also utilize Dysport and Jeuveau™, which provide similar results.
Daxxify
DAXXIFY is a neurotoxin injectable used to treat and prevent wrinkles, especially frown lines. It uses peptides as a stabilizer providing high stability and treatments that are long lasting. For most patients, results can last six months on average and up to nine months.
DAXXIFY is an option to Botox, Dysport, Jeaveau and RHA. Every patient has different experiences with injectables. Talk to Dr. Mullans about your personal preference and goals to determine if DAXXIFY is right for you.
Dysport
Dysport is a facial rejuvenation product similar to BOTOX® and Jeuveau™ to provide a temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe facial lines and wrinkles.
It will provide a smooth, natural look. Untreated muscles still work normally, so you can continue to express feelings naturally.
Kybella
KYBELLA® is a formulation of a naturally occurring substance (deoxycholic acid) that targets and destroys fat cells in the chin—for good. Once those cells are destroyed, they can no longer store fat. Double chin, or submental fullness, is often resistant to diet and exercise.
Each patient is different and Dr. Mullans will recommend the proper number of treatments to achieve the desired effect.
Morpheus8
Morpheus8 is a game-changing treatment that blends microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to tighten, smooth, and rejuvenate your skin from within. By delivering energy deep into the skin, it boosts collagen and elastin production, helping to restore a firm, youthful glow.
As we age, skin naturally loses elasticity, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging. Morpheus8 is designed to turn back the clock by lifting, sculpting, and refining your skin—whether it’s the face, neck, or body. The result? A naturally refreshed, radiant look that enhances your beauty effortlessly.
With minimal downtime and results that keep improving over time, Morpheus8 is the perfect way to achieve firmer, smoother, more youthful-looking skin—without surgery!
RHA - Resilient Hyaluronic Acid
Resilient Hyaluronic Acid, or RHA, is designed to adapt to movement of the face for a look that is natural and beautiful at rest and in motion. The hyaluronic acid (HA) chains in this filler are longer and more closely resemble natural structure of HA in the skin.
The face is dynamic, meaning it makes millions of movements and micro-movements daily. These include squinting, frowning, laughing and talking. Areas of the face that move repetitively may form dynamic wrinkles and folds, like marionette lines around the mouth. RHA is designed to be resilient enough to adapt to facial movements, which may provide a more natural look at rest and in motion. Ask Dr. Mullans if RHA is right for you.
Sculptra
The facial structure changes as we age and natural facial collagen loss occurs and can result in sunken cheeks, indentations, and hollow eyes. Sculptra® provides a full, fresh, and rejuvenated appearance. It is a synthetic injectable material, called poly-l-lactic acid, a collagen stimulator. Sculptra is injected below the surface of the skin in the area of facial fat loss and provides a gradual and significant increase in skin thickness, improving the appearance of folds and sunken areas. The results can last more than two years.
Treatments differ for each person and Dr. Mullans will discuss the procedure, the number of treatment sessions, and whether touch-up treatments may be required.
